Terms and Conditions for Silk Road to Gold LLC

    For specific terms and conditions regarding virtual assistant services, clients are required to review and sign a physical agreement before services commence. Please contact management directly for details.
  •  One-on-One Coaching Services
    Our coaching services are designed to provide guidance on virtual assistant business strategies, marketing, automation, and business growth.
    • By enrolling in coaching sessions, clients agree to the following:
    • Coaching sessions are non-refundable and must be scheduled in advance.
    • Clients are responsible for implementing strategies discussed; results may vary based on individual execution.
    • Coaching does not constitute legal, financial, or investment advice. Clients should consult their own professionals for such matters.
    • Unauthorized recording, sharing, or distribution of coaching materials is prohibited.
    • Coaching does not establish a business partnership, joint venture, or employment relationship between the client and Silk Road to Gold LLC.
    • All coaching content, discussions, and materials provided remain the intellectual property of Silk Road to Gold LLC and may not be reproduced or used for commercial purposes.
    • We do not guarantee specific financial, business, or professional outcomes from coaching services.
    • Sessions must be scheduled within the time frame agreed upon at the time of purchase; failure to schedule or attend sessions within this period may result in forfeiture without a refund.
    • Any disputes arising from coaching services will be resolved through arbitration as outlined in Section 11.

3. Payment Terms

  • Unlock Our Vault: $7 promotional price, subject to change without notice.
  • One-on-One Coaching Services: Fees are outlined at the time of booking and are subject to change.
  1.  Payment Method
    All payments must be made through the payment methods specified on our website. By providing payment information, you represent that you are authorized to use the designated payment method.

4. Refund Policy

  1.  Unlock Our Vault
    Due to the digital nature of this product, all sales are final. No refunds will be provided.
  2.  Virtual Assistant Services & Coaching
  • Coaching fees are non-refundable. Missed sessions without prior notice may not be rescheduled.
  • Refunds for VA services are subject to the terms outlined in the signed service agreement.

5. Use of Products and Services

    Upon purchase, we grant you a non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use the materials and services for personal or business purposes.
  2.  Restrictions
  • You may not resell, redistribute, or share the purchased materials.
  • Unauthorized use of our products and services is prohibited and may result in termination of access without a refund.
  • Violation Penalties: If any materials, including the free e-book "Silk Road to Gold: Virtual Assistant and Automation," are resold, distributed, or otherwise misused, we reserve the right to pursue legal action for damages.
