Ferlaine began as a virtual assistant and through dedication and continuous learning rose to Operations Manager who now oversees onboarding for new virtual assistants. Abeir, driven by a passion for technology, earned a Bachelors Degree in Supply Chain Management with a minor in Marketing and today streamlines systems so virtual assistants and their clients work smarter together. Their journeys show that commitment and resilience turn challenges into stepping stones toward brighter careers.
